A person who was pulled over on a DWI investigation is accused of biting off a part of a Denton police officer’s ear throughout a struggle with officers, police stated Sunday.
A Denton police sergeant who authorities didn’t establish suffered accidents to his head and ear, a part of which was bitten off. The situation of the officer was not obtainable on Sunday.
The suspect has been recognized as Christopher Michael Rogers, 45.

Denton police stopped Rogers’ car shortly after 11 p.m. Friday within the 1500 block of Interstate 35E.
