The Undertaking Vast Advisory Committee will host a question-and-answer session at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 on the Rohan Regional Recreation Heart. This might be a chance for residents to study extra in regards to the roles and tasks of the committee and to ask questions of the Neighborhood Growth District supervisors who serve on PWAC.
There are many PWAC points which have generated headlines:
• PWAC is considering spending $340,000 to install aquatic chairlifts at 34 swimming swimming pools south of County Highway 466.
• The Morse Boulevard Bridge embankment mission stays in limbo.
• A resident’s request to construct a fence around a common area to maintain canines out of sight prompted discussions in regards to the high quality of canine parks in The Villages.
• PWAC has oversight of how amenity cash is spent south of County Highway 466.
PWAC contains representatives from Neighborhood Growth Districts 5 by 11.
