Phoenix Police: Man arrested, accused of killing his dad – Story


PHOENIX (FOX 10) — Phoenix Police officers say a 25-year-old man has been arrested and accused of killing his personal father.

In line with a press release launched Wednesday afternoon, Erik Garcia was arrested alongside the 300 block of N. 48th Avenue on Tuesday, and has been booked into the Maricopa County Jail on first-degree homicide expenses in reference to the demise of 75-year-old Clemente Garcia.

Clemente Garcia, in line with police, was discovered stabbed to demise at his house, positioned on the 4200 block of E. Roeser Highway, on the afternoon of March 1, and murder detectives have since developed possible trigger to arrest Erik Garcia for the homicide.
