30 automobile batteries stolen from North Berwick Recycling Centre



MORE than 30 automobile batteries have been stolen from North Berwick’s recycling centre.

Police are investigating the incident, which came about at about 9.30pm on Tuesday on the Heugh Highway facility.

Two unidentified males had been seen arriving in a white, brief wheel base van, getting into the location and stealing about 32 automobile batteries.

Automobile batteries are among the many objects that may be left on the centre to be recycled.

The van then drove off in direction of Whitekirk.

CCTV enquiries present quite a lot of automobiles driving previous the realm because the theft was going down.

The stolen batteries have a line of blue spray paint on them.
